Whether we know it or not, 2017 is going to call upon us to dare in new and uncomfortable ways. The opportunities for growth are endless, so long as we can remain present, engaged and connected with our own lives. How are you?
In these (still) very early days of my ‘writing adventure’, as I’m calling it, I haven’t talked to you much. I’ve written some words and hit publish, but I haven’t really made much of an effort to speak directly the small number of remarkable people who are reading. I want to change that.

With this knowledge, I have chosen to indefinitely set aside my feelings of short-term comfort, familiarity and safety in order to strive for something far more important:
True, long-term self-actualisation. Continue reading
Inspiration isn’t the problem.
When you can free your thoughts to go where they want, while remaining curious, mindful, non-judgemental and compassionate, you find yourself overcome with ideas; wondrous, explosive moments where the dots momentarily connect.
In fact, the inspiration part is easy. Too easy. Continue reading
